Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Here at The Retreat, we offer an exemplary Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage to those in Northampton and the surrounding neighbouring counties.

A massage designed for the purposes of easing everyday stress and tension built up in the muscles of the back, neck & shoulders. The therapist will concentrate on any areas discussed through the consultation that hold particularly excessive tension to assist in relieving this whilst aiding relaxation.

After a consultation, you will be offered to have your treatment with either oil or cream, you will be required to remove the top half of your clothing and relax in an upright chair.

​

The treatment will begin by preparing & warming the muscles with the use of a light electric massager over the back.

 

The therapist will continue with pressure to your desired requirement, depending on your needs assessed through your consultation this can incorporate the use of crystal wands for a heavier, targeted / specific treatment. The massage is continued over the shoulders, neck & upper arms.

 

Essential oils can be added to personalize the treatment & emphasise effectiveness at an additional £5 per treatment.

Duration time includes consultation, wind down time & redress.

​

We do allow for overruns of 15 minutes and do not do back to back appointments to allow for this.
