A real cut above the rest our Hot Stones Massage takes the power of heat to elevate your treatment to the next level of relaxation. 

 

Hot stone massage is the practice of using heated smooth stones to massage the body.

 

The earliest use of hot stones to improve health and relaxation took place in India. The practice started approximately 5,000 years ago, and was called Ayurveda.

 

After a consultation, you will be required to remove the top half of your clothing and relax on our heated bed.

The therapist will continue with pressure to your desired requirement & is continued over the shoulders, neck & upper arms.

 

Essential oils can be added to personalize the treatment & emphasise effectiveness at an additional £5 per treatment.

We do allow for overruns of 15 minutes and do not do back to back appointments to allow for this.
